PRACTICE AREAS
IMMIGRATION
The Department of Homeland Security places individuals in immigration court proceedings arguing that the person should be removed or deported from the U.S. Immigration judges hear testimony and decide if the person should remain in the U.S. pursuant to an application for immigration benefits.
PERSONAL INJURY
Any time an accident occurs, there is some risk of injury. Unfortunately, there are often times when the injuries are quite severe and can have a long-term impact on the victim. It’s never easy to cope with the physical and emotional impact of a serious car wreck.
